Notification of the expenditure deriving from income warrant

We, Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited (the Company), would like to
report the SET the expenditure deriving from income of warrants exercised by
the directors and employees of the Company as follows:
        
According to the first warrants offering to directors and employees of the
Company, there are 2,925,000 units of common stock reserved at no cost 
providing that one warrant is per one common stock ratio, at 14.80 Baht
exercising price.  This warrant has a term of five years starting from
1 November 2000 to 31 October 2005, with the exercising period commencing
after two years from the date of issuance (since 31 October 2002), and where
the exercising can be made on the last working day of each quarter 
(i.e. 30 March, 30 June, 30 September and 30 December of each year).
As of 30 June 2005, the outstanding income from the warrants exercised by the
directors and employees of the Company was 8,340,000 Baht.   

In addition, on the 12th and 13th of exercising which was 30 September 2005
and 31 October 2005 respectively, the Company received a total income of
1,850,000 Baht from the warrants exercised by directors and employees of the
Company.  Therefore, the total income of warrants exercised was in amount of
10,190,000 Baht which had been already paid for goods expenditures of the
Company.     
 
Conclusively, the total expenditures deriving from income of warrants
exercised by the directors and employees of the Company during 1 July 2005 to
31 December 2005 will be as follows:
